Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all UK and international orders over £200 qualify for free shipping.

What are your UK shipping options?

  • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed — £4.95

  • Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed — £5.79

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (recommended for orders over £100) — £8.15

  • Free shipping on orders over £200

All UK parcels require a signature and include tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide (excluding the USA at this time).

  • Europe — £15 (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, aim: 3–5 working days)

  • Worldwide (excluding USA) — £19 (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, aim: 6–7 working days)

  • Free shipping on orders over £200

Important: Import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees are not included at checkout. These will be charged by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship to the USA?

Not at the moment, due to recent import rule changes. I hope to reopen USA shipping once a smoother system is in place.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Ready to ship jewellery: 3–5 working days to dispatch

  • Made to order jewellery: 3–4 weeks (each ring is cast, finished, and polished with care — it’s slow art, but worth the wait 💜)

What is your returns policy?

  • Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or ready-to-ship pieces, including if the incorrect size is purchased. Please check the ring sizing chart carefully before ordering.

  • If your jewellery arrives with any defects or issues, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I’ll work with you to resolve it, which may include a refund, credit, or exchange.

  • Returns are only accepted for faults/defects — not for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear.

How do I find my ring size?

I use UK sizes, measured with my own calipers, mandrel, and ring sizers.

  • I also list both the UK size and inside diameter in mm on each product page.

  • Half sizes are available — if you’d like one, you can leave a note at checkout or email me after your order.

Do you offer half sizes?

Yes! I make all standard UK sizes and half sizes too. If you don’t see your exact size listed, just:

  • Add the closest size to your cart

  • Leave a note at checkout, or

  • Email me after your order

I’ll custom make your ring in the right size.

How is my jewellery packaged?

Every order is wrapped to feel like a bit of magic. You’ll receive:

  • Velvet ring or necklace box

  • Velvet pouch

  • Jewellery care instructions

  • Polishing cloth

  • Mini seasonal scented candle

Everything is chosen to make unboxing as special as the piece inside.

Is your jewellery sustainable?

Yes. I use 100% recycled sterling silver, eco packaging, and ethically sourced or lab-grown gemstones. Every piece is made with care and intention.
