What is your refund policy?

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I don’t offer refunds.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it, and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Returns are only accepted in the case of faults or defects — not for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear

How long does made-to-order Jewellery take?

My lead time for made to order items is 3–4 weeks. Each ring is cast, finished, and polished with care. It’s slow art—but it’s worth the wait

Is your jewellery sustainable?

It is indeed. I use 100% recycled sterling silver, eco packaging, Lab-grown or ethically sourced natural gemstones. Everything is made with care and intention.

What are your shipping times and costs?

UK Shipping:

• £5.50 — Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed

• £6.50 — Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed

• Free UK shipping on all orders over £200

International Shipping:

• £13 — Europe (Royal Mail Tracked, 3–5 working days)

• £17 — Rest of the World (Royal Mail Tracked, 6–7 working days)

📦 International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.

Made-to-order items are dispatched in 3–4 weeks.

Ready-to-ship pieces go out in 3–5 working days.

All parcels require a signature and include full tracking.
